Adult Education Online High Schools are for students who have passed the age requirements for traditional schools. This age requirement may not apply in the private sector and it varies from state, county, etc in the public sector.
Adult Education programs often require significantly less credits to graduate. Some programs issue high school diplomas, others merely issue certificates. Finally, some offer courses that train students to successfully pass the GED.
